After owning over 200 cars(currently 15-including an old Ferrari and a few musclecars), I finally picked up a Corvette. My neighbor knows I'm always buying cars and offered me his 75 L48 coupe for 3k. It has a blown trans but is otherwise in pretty good shape. I can't wait to start working on it. My Dad still has his Vette-a 65 roadster with 50k on it. He's the second owner.

Welcome to the site...hard to believe you have had that many cars and are just now getting around to buy a Vette. Well better late than never. Have fun with her and if you get a chance take some pictures of your restoration process and share them with us.

Yeah, I've come close to buying a 'Vette many times and definately see a C6 ZO6 in my future. The C3 wil be fun to play with and parts are cheap! I'll post pics.
