How in the heck did I get bit by this bug called the Corvette Anyhow i'm from San Diego and own a 2001 C-5 conv. and I just bought a 1980 L-82 C-3 last week as a "project" car. The 1980 has 52000 miles and other than finding out today it has the axle seals leaking it is in great shape. I am finally (after looking everything over and thinking it was mechanically awesome) going to have to dump some money into her.
