Finally after 20 years i bought a 95 vette with only 60K... Does any one know if I can turn my parking lihts on with out having my headlights flip open?

 

You know, I think you can but actually I've never tried, I realize when I think of it. Does the owners manual help?

Welcome to the site. On my car I can turn the parking lights on without the headlights popping up, but I have a C5 so I'm not sure if you can do that on a C4 or not. On my car all I do is turn the headlight switch forward one click and the parking lights come on.
