Default Thinking about a vette.. what u guys think?

Hey guys, just joined the forum. Seems like there is a lot of great information here, soo much to read, anyway. Right now I have a 2000 WS6 Trans Am, and i really was thinking about upgrading myself to a corvette. A friend of mine bought a 2002 Z06 a few months back. Well that thing just blows me away. I have a lot of mods to my Trans am, but when i spent into a Z06 its just a differnt world. I sold my Ninja so now i have the money to buy a vette. I am looking to grab a loan for something between 30-35kish. I am leaning towards a 2002 Z06 right now. Do you think i would be better off with a differnt year? I really want a M6 and a Z06, and after comparing them all i would really like the LS6 405. Let me know what you all think... Also trying to find something with lower miles. My TA has about 60k miles on it and i want to get something under or around 30kmiles.

Thanks in advance.

-Chris

I think you will make out good with anything 2002 and beyond just because of that little extra boost in HP. For the money you are looking to spend you should be able to find a really low mile car. If I was able to buy a '98 last year with a little over 22K miles on it, I know you can find a '02+ with great mileage. Good luck and welcome to the site.

I think you should be able to get a ZO6 with low miles for that much. Like Pay2Play says that is quite a bit for an '02. It sounds like you know just what you want so the only real advice is check it out carefully and bargain hard!
