Hi, Everyone!
I am so excited because next Tuesday I will be getting a Vortech Supercharger installed in my Vette. Big thanks to Luke/Chargedvette02 and Dave01 for their advice and suggestions. I will be sure to post pictures when the install is done.

I am so happy!

Hey Rita, just wanted to ask if you have asked if they are going to use an 8 rib serpentinebelt instead of the normal serpentine belt. I have the normal c5 serpentine belt and I think that is the cause of some of my belt throwing issues. The 8 rib belt seems to have fixed the belt throwing issues for some people I have talked to at the track. If you havent asked them what belt they are going to use I would just ask for the heck of it.

Thanks so much for this tip. I did make the special request for the 8 rib. Their web site mentions that the 8 rib is available, but I think it has to be requested - so once again, you have helped me - BIG TIME! (p.s. Tell your Girly, she is lucky I am old enough to be your mother. ha, ha)

Very nice kit im jealous. If my belt breaks again im going to try and see if I can change out all my pulleys for the 8 rib ones looks and sounds way more dependable. You're going to have sooooo much fun!

 

Sounds like a prospect for the "Star Fleet Armada" to me.
