How To Properly Wash Your Car
Water Spots and Dirt
PRODUCTS USED
1. Pinnacle Grit Guard Dual Bucket Washing System
2. Pinnacle Bodywork Shampoo
3. Super Plush Micro-Chenille Wash Mitt
4. The Guzzler Waffle Weave Drying Towel
I like to use the Pinnacle Grit Guard Dual Bucket Washing System when I hand wash my vehicle. You have a wash bucket and a rinse bucket with grit guards at the bottom to capture the dirt. The Pinnacle Body Work Shampoo has natural coconut oils that attach to the surface dirt and these oils act as a lubricant. Dirt and abrasive grit slide off in the rinse water without scratching the surface.
Pinnacle Bodywork Shampoo contains TUFF SUDS II. This foaming technology uses cleaners suspended in the bubble’s walls to scour away the toughest road grime. For all its cleaning punch, Bodywork Shampoo is amazingly surface-friendly! When mixed with water, it yields a perfect pH-neutral rating of 7. It absolutely will not remove protective wax or polymer surface protectants either.
The Super Plush Micro-Chenille Wash Mitt allows you to work faster, and the long, plump microfibers will hold even more soapy water for superior lubrication. The microfiber fingers agitate the vehicle's surface to release dirt particles and gather them between the deep strands. Loosened dirt will gather in the mitt, rather than being rubbed against the paint.
Only do about 1-2 passes when using a wash mitt. You’re trying to loosen the dirt, not scrub the dirt really hard into the clearcoat causing micro swirls.
Finish the job by rinsing off the car and drying it with a The Guzzler Waffle Weave Towel. The Guzzler features a plush waffle weave that increases its surface area for greater moisture absorption. The towel can absorb 7 times its own weight in water! It will not scratch any surface and it has a magnetic charge that attracts lint and dirt. This towel will leave the inside and the outside of your vehicle spotless.
