1963 gauge light ??

1963 gauge light ??

all of my dash lights went out, i checked and replaced the fuse, and have no clue as to what it is ?? any help, could one bulb make them all go out?? thanks in advance

in a word GROUND< at the pkg. brk. alarm lamp area and to the left of the fuel gauge, as in the drvr. seat
