Does anyone know why there is a "stupid" door panel pocket that is totally blocked by the manual window crank handle??? It makes the pocket "Totally useless"
Can I install different year panels that would be more usable and look better??

Not sure how much different the '78 door panels are. Might check w/ an aftermarket supplier like Mid America Motorworks Corvette,or Wilcox or Al Knoch.
