Gas gurgling out of front tbi regulator spring access hole

I recently installed an 85 fuel pump as well as all new lines. A fuel pressure guage with adjuster tool. As soon as the line is pressured gas fueled out of regulator spring hole on front tbi. Put new diaphragms on already. Any ideas

Either you got a bad diaphragm or it's not seated correctly.
