Did anyone else notice that the A C Delco PF1218 filters are now one inch shorter?

 

Hadn't noticed, but I'm due for a change. Have you found another brand that will maintain the same dimentions?

That's what I was asking, if you know of another brand with the same dimentions.

 

WIX p/n 51060 crosses to the Delco PF1218 but still maintains a height of 5.178in were the Delco is only 4.25in. Also as far as I'm concerned The AC Delco filter is a fine filter but the WIX filters are just superior. Just my opinion. I hope this helps.

 

Hi Starship, I read that wrong, no I haven't found another brand, I took the last two big ones off the shelf, I used one last week and have one left. there were plenty of one inch shorter ones so I'll just get them next time.
