Hi folks, I'm new to the forum but not a corvette owner
I do however own a 350 out of a 75 corvette that I bought from a friend of mine.
My question for someone, or anyone who can answer is related to the motor.
I was under the assumption that corvettes were equiped with four bolt main engines and I bought this motor with this in mind.
The GM casting number along with the partial vin on the front of the engine confirm that it's out of a 75 corvette, and says that it should be four bolt. We took the oil pan off tonight and found out.....wrong, two bolt main.
Was my assumption wrong, or could the list I'm looking at be wrong??
Any help from someone that knows would be greatly appreciated.
