Default Replacement Floor Pans

Hey Guys
I know I haven't been around much been really busy with school and work. I was looking at a 76 vette for sale for cheap and as I was looking it over i noticed that the driver side floor pan was rusted right though. I had heard a runmor that no one sells replace floor pans and the only way to fix it is to make your own...but i dont think I am up for that project so I was wondering if anyone knew if replacement floor plans are sold and where they might be sold. This is kinda the deciding factor on whether or not to buy the car.
Thanks for the help in advance
Doug

Hi Doug, I've seen floor pans in most of the mail order catalogs, I think they are about $250 each side. If you need names and numbers let us know.

I have not done one. From what I gather, you cut the old one out leaving some extra to secure the new one to. Doesn't sound like rocket science. I would think a wire feed welder would be the way to go.
