1987 VETTE shuts down after 15 min.

my 1989 would start fine then shut off when hot. would not start untill it cooled.i cut cats off solved stalling problem but would not start after i turned car off untill cool again. then changed temp sensor.works great now. try temp sensor 12 dollars or so
