1995 Corvette fuel pump relay

Default 1995 Corvette fuel pump relay
My fuel pump is not coming on when I turn ignition to start position. I'm trying to access my fuel pump relay. Can someone walk me through accessing it?

Best is to get a factory service manual.

A question, does the starter work? If not it may not be the relay. I am have trouble with my VATS system. The starter will not activate nor will the injectors
