quick question guys and girls. the wife took my 96 to the beach this morning, and called me to say that the digi dash is showing " sys " occasionally in the fuel information status area. the tanks 1/2 full, oil temp, pressure, thermo, electrical, all read good. problem, no problem ?. i don't want to have to drive to beach to swap, or have my " babys " trucked home....

 

Possible low battery condition? "SYS" is a CCM code . I would have the battery checked & also scan the system for any trouble codes.

 

Yep. battery or alternator.
