Hey all, I’m coming back from a deployment oversea with the Navy, and I bought my Brother's 86 vette, auto, cp that has over 100K and has been started every week, but rarely driven in the last 3 years and no major maintenance has been done . I’m Taking some leave and doing some work to it!!!! Could you guys help me out at what I should replace and give special attention too! I have to drive across the country to get to my next duty station in Cali!!!!!! So I spending some time and money to make sure she’s in great condition, this will be my 3rd vette, so I’m no stranger!!!!! Love EM!!!!

Normal maintenence should suffice. Oil, filter change, transmission service, flush the brake hydraulic system with fresh, clean fluid, check rear end level, flush cooling system. The brake rotors might need cleaning up a bit since they are probably rusted, top off p/s fluid, and replace the belt. You should be ok with the rest. [8D]
