Can these be replaced, without pulling the body completely off of the frame?

I did it once with a CJ-7. Loosened all the mount studs, two jacks under the first side, cleaned the mount surfaces, and put in new bushings. Then the second side, and locked 'em all down. Took less than 3 hours.

I never replaced bushings on the '87 that I had. Has anybody done this this way?
