Default A arm bushings

Merry Christmas to all and to all a prosperous and happy new year!! My name is Owen ( go by busnut on the computer ),I am in the process of redoing the suspension and steering in my 75 vette.I am on theupper and lower control arms and at the job of replacing the bushings. Is there an easy way to remove and install these little puppies.I do have use of a small press but not quite sure of the trick to get the old ones out and the new ones in without damaging anything.(Back yard mech.)Also I just found this site and I am not too swift with computers so please bear with me.
