I have tried sevreal different things. Here is what happened:

In May, I started it up just fine. Drove it around the block once and parked it in my carport. 2 weeks later, I went to drive again, and it wouldn't start. It would turn over only. I've had this problem ever since.

Here is what I know:
-I put in new E3 plugs/wires
-has fire
-fuel pump works (gas squirts out fine on that bleedout valve on top of engine)


When the door is open and key in ignition, the "Security" light flashes. Could this be a VATS problem? I've seen a lot of threads on these.

I'm in no way an expert, but the security light flashes on mine when the door is open. Try closing the door and see what happens. On my 86 the security light goes on for a moment then goes off when turning the key to start when the door is closed.
