Default Driver's side injectors not getting juice(1985)!!!

Yep, I got home today from college and decided to go out to the 1985 corvette and mess with it. I had recently had a very difficult time fixing a fuel injector leak plus a dead miss, but ever since i fixed the the fuel leak, the corvette has developed the new problem of having 4 deadcylinders. The car deffinatly runs bad! It drove just finewhen Idrove it home from the people thatI bought it from, but it has yet to leave the yard since! I have read anther post that says that it could be the ECM if power IS getting to the injector harness, but there is no juice getting there.(tested with a noid light) Please help me with this problem.(and i never touched the distributor or did anything but take the intake off and the injectors out). THANKS

I just checked the inj 1 and inj 2 fuses and both were alright and not blown. I also found that the engine would run better at first due to the cold start injector, so that is also how i know that all the plugs are firing. But i would think that if the 9th injector would fire, all the rest would fire also, but there is still no pulses going to any of the driver's side injectors. ANY SUGGESTIONS?!

Have you checked at the injectors to make sure you have power Key On, Engine Off? Injectors are fired left bank, right bank alternating. If you have power to injectors on one side of the plug, then for whatever reason, the ECM is not grounding the other side. Either the ECM's quad driver transistor for that bank bit the dust or you you have an open harness connection somewhere up the line.

The injectors on the passenger side of the engine are getting fire(All 4 of them), but not a one of the injectors on the driver's side(except the 9th injector) are getting any power to them. I have also checked the injector clips with a test light and there is no fire coming to either side of the injector clips on the driver's side(With the power on as well as turning the key over). I was doing this same thing earlier(no fire to the injector), but only on one injector and now it has happened to all 4 on the dirvers side. Maybe this will help with the evauation as to weither it is a EMC or break in the wiring somewhere. This is new to me because my Fords have never given me any trouble at all. PLEASE HELP, THANKS!

Have you checked inj1 fuse for power across it with a test light. It directly feeds 1,3,5, and 7 injectors. If there is no power, then your problem is ahead of the fuse because it directly feeds those injectors when the key is on. I will check and see if it comes from ignition switch or wherever and get back.

The injector fuses get their power directly through the ignition switch. Could have possibly blown a fusible link. ANy thing else on the car not working that should be?

I FIXED THE PROBLEM!!!!! When i got really feed up and wanted to just toss out the computer and put on a carb, i started to unplug all the connections to the ECM. Then when i came to my senses, I cleaned all the plugs and stuff and put them back together. And Low and Behold....the injector wires are now all firing! But i still have the problem with an injector not firing(it was the one that wasnt firing before) so i am going to get another injector to replace it. Thanks for the help man!!!!
