You are still low on freon, hence the fast cycle. Do you have gauges and if so what is the high side pressure?

I didnt measure the high side. I just got one of those converter kits and it just came with a gauge that goes on top of the can you fill it with. Every time I got to the 45 psi on the gauge I would get scared to fill it anymore cause it said warning and the next 10 psi was danger. So should I still fill it? I know those gauges are not that great but it did give me a reading. I dont have a fitting to go on the high side.

I wouldn't put anymore in until you can get a high side reading. That will also determine whether you have a restriction in the accumulator or whether you are still low on freon.

I've never charged one with the engine off, I think that has to be 45 psi on the low pressure side, with the ac running . Thats the way I did mine and it fogs the windows up it gets so cold.

I'd bet on the low pressure switch too. about 35.00 screws into the drier
