I was trying to replace the fuel filter in a 1986, i wound up pinching the metal fuel line, how can I fix that?

 

There are a couple of ways to go about it. 1st, repair with another piece of fuel line using a double compression fitting on one end and the standard flare on the other. Next is to cut line and use rubber fuel line and double clamp both ends then to the flare fitting.

 

Yep, just what Mech said but don't overtighten the hose clamps if you go the hose route.

Don't ask me how I know.
