Default RE: fuel pump

If you want to replace it, then do it. Im replacing mine because *I* am not waiting till parts break and leave me stranded. I have done that to much by listening to way to many guys on the net on this and other forums. My pump has 130,000 on it and I am NOT letting it die on me somewhere. Im replacing the pump, sock, and relay. All high output then I am going up to 24 lb injectors and will have a custom tune for it to work optimumly when I get to this point. It will be better for the car, more reliable, and better for mods down the road! Radiator hoses, water pump, radiator, cap, bearings, transmission, headlights, blah blah blah the list goes on and on....I replace it when I get the urge to and right now I want to dig in there and start getting stuff up to snuff!!! I say you do the same so you wont be sitting on the side of the road saying "Damn, I wish I had replaced that fuel pump."
