Default high-beam ratchet ain't ratchetin'...

Friday night I was returnin' home from the local BestBuy. I got outta' town, and into the sticks, and pulled the trigger on the high-beams. Hello? No switch action.

Got home and checked the owner's manual, and - yup, same as my '87, it's [was] in the turn signal switch.

Anybody ever done a turn signal/high-beam switch?

Thanks

the high beam switch usual is found lower on the steering column. the stalk switch handle moves a rod that pushes on switch, much like a ball point pen.remove driver side hush panel and ya should see it ,may be held on to column with 2 screws
