i need help it try to start my 1995 c4 but nothing happen all the lights are on,the battery has 12 volts i just nothing happen it dosent even crank all i know is the security light flash please help me

 

I tried to reply yesterday,but somehow my post vanished into thin air? I think you have set off the alarm,thereby energizing the no-start relay, Try unlocking either or both doors with the key. On my C4 that's how you reset the alarm. Check your owners manual for procedure,it's probably the same?
