I bought a set of shocks for ole' blue and after the first one went in w/ no problems I should have known. The left rear upper bolt is frozen to the bushing. I tried to use pen. lube to free it but no luck. After giving up and putting it back together I decided to tackle the fronts only to find that the tops are frozen on those as well. Any suggestions on getting those suckers loose w/o cutting them off? Im considering cutting the bolts/nuts free w/ a grinder but I cant find a replacement bolt on the internet. If anyone knows where I can find a new one please help

 

Dremel tool fixed it all. Rides like a dream now.

 

What kind of shocks did you put on the car? What year is it?

I replaced my shocks on my 89 with mid quality ones this year and it still rides like a lumber truck!
