i have a 1990 vette that has been hard to crank and now finally wont start at all. its a manual trans L98. i have checked and verified that the vats is working right by tripping the system with a piece of tin foil on the key and found that the vats is still identifying my key correctly. i just installed a new distributor cap and rotor button. there is fuel at the rails. the pump primes on key turn. tried disconnecting maf trick. didnt work. i pulled a plugwire and got no arc to it. i need this car running again since its my only wheels right now. so a wrap up: turn key, starter runs and turns motor, fuel pump primes. it wont even try to hit on one cyclinder

 

Check for power to the distributor. If it's there,then (I believe) there's a module in there that's gone junk. All my experience is with older stuff but that's what it would be on them. Do you have a good manual of some sort? Should be a troubleshooting section in there? I checked my 84 manual and there's a module in it. I know yours has more stuff in there,but I think it still has a module.
