my 84 corvette is fine when its moving but when it gets ran for a while, and then i shut it off, it takes a while to turn over again, and when i pop the hood its as hot as afghanistan under the hood. On my gauges it shows my engine coolant stays around 180 to 190 when i am moving and when the fan kicks on, but sometimes it takes almost an hour after being ran in order for her to start up again, anyone got any ideas or pointers as to where i can look as far as what i might need to look at, or possibly replace? any input would be greatly appreciated
