Unbalanced and out of round tires could also cause unwanted vibrations.

just replaced the outside window stripping on the doors. Stpped the rattles. Those pads for the inside the door called window bumpers is available from mid america and probobly ecklers too. However a C4 is a sports car and rattles are an option that was specifically ordered from chevy. It's the personality of the car.

I guess I am lucky! My 92 actually has no rattles. Oops! Probably will regret saying that, as now will rattle like #$@!. And the roads here in Maryland are absolutely the worst I have ever driven on!

I have a 1993. Not much rattles. I think the prior owner fixed them all. I have velcro under the glove compartment to stop some of the squicks. I did have one that I thought was coming from the dash and could not find it. Until I felt the hood while closed and felt a wiggle. So I tightened the pegs that hold the hood down and the noise went away. I hope this helps.

I have a few on my '96 as well.Unfortunately, the Vette was never a solid paragon of build quality, but who cares, right? I love my car,and besides,my Borla cat-back and stereo make me forget about little rattles. It's just the most awesome car on the planet(not just mine,ALL Vettes!!).
