Rear Sun Shade Replacement

I have a 93 Vette, does anyone know the trick to getting out the old rear sun shade to replace it ???

It's in another thread here; thinks it a carpet replacement thread...

Vetteweb - corvette fever magazine - also has the procedure. Look for c4 interior work...
