Does anyone have any advice on getting a new sound system for my 93 corvette.

 

Start from scratch. though it isnt necessary, i would run some new speaker wires, some of the high quality kind. get some nice 6x9s for the back, 6.5s in the front. i recommend boston acoustic, infinity, some jbl, or eclispe. if interested in a sub(s), there are guides to making them fit into the storage compartments.

Install it yourself it you can. Those audio installers will try to charge you more just becuase 'its bose.' if they know what they're doing its not that complicated, and far easier to get to than today's cars.
