I've been using Castrol GTX 75000 miles plus brand on my 74 and 86, it seems to work great on the cars. The oil is pretty expense but its worth it and I use a AC delco oil filter. You have to stay on top of the maintenance otherwise....problems happen.....

Thanks for the feedback! I agree about the AC Delco filter, too. Sometimes you just can't beat original parts... I feel the same way about alternators, etc.

Testify, my friend!! Ain't THAT an understatement! If more people followed this simple rule, there'd be far less piece of junk used cars out there, IMHO.
