Took the 93 out yesterday and the outside temperature reading said 72degrees. It was a LOT hotter than that. Drve over some RR tracks and the reading went up to 89, which was more like it. So I guess there is a loose wire or connection from the sensor to the readout in the instrument cluster. Where is it and where does it go? Will I have to dismantle half the car to get at it? Thanks in advance.

 

It's located on the lower right hand side of the radiator. You can access it from the outside I believe.

It's a small black box.

 

That sensor is called the sun load sensor and it is on top of the dash, center grill.
