Hi I had same problem and it was smog pump very easy to change take a look at it.It can be very loud mine was.

 

Thanks to everyone. I found out that it actually was my power steering pump. It was apparently just old and i was driving around one day when the damned thing siezed up on me so i had to spend about 500 bucks on parts because it broke quite a bit more than just the pump. But now its all fixed and my car runs pretty good and without the noise, i can hear my engine finally.
