Default X-pipe or H-pipe.

Ok, since ive been trying to do my exhaust lately, once i get my car back, im going to work on it. But, i need to know if anyone knows where i could find an X-Pipe or an H-Pipe for my exhaust. If so, which would you recommend. I am trying to work on the sound as well as the power so if anyone has any suggestions, feel free to help. Im all ears.

go with the x-pipe. they both do the same thing, but the x-pipe is like an evolved h-pipe. sorry, i know they're readily available, but ive never looked into where to get one.

Yep, I agree. Had one with a 3" exhaust, Mac shorty headers, and Flowmaster 30's on my Mustang before, and yeh, it was a Mustang, but it sounded pretty darned good for a Ford.

X-pipe, all the way, dude.

...not sure here, dude, but it almost looks to me like ya gotta get a full cat-back setup or at least buy it in conjunction with headers or whathaveyou... my guess is the folks who build cat-back/headers/etc. build a special X-Pipe for their application... man, could I be wrong there, though, so don't take my word at it....

Well, i appreciate your help. I looked at that website and it looked pretty "ok-alright" but i think you are probably right on the part about needing to buy the entire cat-back and just buy it all together. i might try to do that. the only thing is if i get a cat back i want to get a B&B catback and those are expensive as crap. But i guess ill have to make some sacrifices. lol
