Default HELP! Wheel and Tire 411 needed BAD!

Okiedokie...i cut and paste wheel info from two seperate places where i'm looking to buy rims and i need help to know if the following will fit my 2000 C5...both places claim they fit but instead of relying on their say-so, i figured i'd ask where i know the people know what they are talking about!
don't i have to have the tire pressure sensors installed into the new wheels i buy? if so...since the tires are already coming mounted and balanced...i'd have to have them unmounted to install the new pressure sensors? also....i've read in other posts that i may have problems with the different tires psi not compatable with the OE tire psi? if so...what would be the fix for that?!
the first cut and paste (i like these but kinda high in the price w/ tires).
[*]Front Size: 19" x 8.5" [*]Rear Size:20 x 10.0" [*]Bolt Pattern:5x120[*]Front Lip Size: 2-1/4" [*]Rear Lip Size: 3-3/4" [*]Front Offset: +35[*]Rear Offset:+45[*](2)245/35/19 Toyo Proxes T1R Z-Rated[*](2)275/30/20 Toyo Proxes T1R Z-Rated[*]
the second cut and paste. these are the chrome c6 look-a-likes. anybody ever heard anything about those kind of tires because the place that has this package is hyping them up a lot...(closer to my price range but i may sacrifice my meals for a month for the above package...)
two 18" x 9.5" (+56mm offset with 7.45" backspacing) rims for the front and two 18" x 10.5" (+56mm offset/7.94" backspacing) for the rear. The lug pattern is 5x120.65mm. VREDESTEIN ULTRAC SESSANTA (anybody ever heard of these?!) 275/35ZR18's on the front with the wide 295/35ZR18's on the rear.
Would either or both of these packages fit ok with my 2000 C5? If so...are they any issues I should be aware of?
All comments and/or replies welcomed and appriciated...THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

If you get different sellers tellin' ya' the same thing, especially the same specs, you're probably safe.

That is, IF it's the same rim model that they're referrin' to...
