Hi Rita
just bringing this post up again to see how things are going with you and that Honker?

I know when I installed mine, I could see and feel a considerable difference the next few times I drove it, and was wondering if the satisfaction is still there for you.
I hope it's not getting you introuble

Hi Rich,
Yes, I am still extremely happy with the Honker. I've been on vacation the past 3 weeks, so not on the computeras much.I am happy to report I have been staying out of trouble and although I do like to gun-it from time to time, I have taken your advice and do not allow other people to dictate how fast I go. Itis just so unsafescreaming down the freeway at 90 mph and besides, I think the real fun is in the quick acceleration and not the cruising. IMO

Now about the programmer: I am in the process of canceling the entire order. They never shipped it until 1/2 (mind you, I ordered it 11/27) and it did arrive on 1/4, but I have a bad feeling about this programmer. Think I'll hold off on getting a programmer for now and will definitely do a lot more research before making a decision. Planning on checking out the Diablo Sport, thanks to our young friend Navy Boy, and will let everyone know if I do anything.

Thanks for the shout and I hope you have a great New Year.
Rita

I have heard good things about the Diablo also.
Wow, and 5 or 6 weeks to get the other one is way too long I agree, and if you don't feel comfortable with it, than go with your instincts and return it.
It's better to be completely satisfied

And the really good thing is since they know it was their fault I will not have to pay the cutomary 20% restocking fee or return shipping.

I just came back from a ride tonight and I love feeling the extra power. Honestly, my exhaust pipes absolutely roar and I love pulling onto the freeway with the extra HP. Only problem is now I want even more.
