Hey guys, I just picked up a 98' manual C5.

This car is amazing, I love it so far. I have one question though, when I shut off the car, the engine shudders a little bit. Is there a way to prevent this? does anyone know what causes this?

 

Hold the clutch in when you shut it off.

BTW: Nice car man. I love the black C5s.

 

Looks just like my car. Hold in the clutch? My car always has had a rough turn off as well but I always hold the clutch in.

 

yea...I've noticed that too, now that someone mentions it....I always have the clutch in too though. Wonder what causes it?
