Default No crank issue

Hey guys, I'm kinda out of ideas here. I bought a 99 base with a no crank issue. Previous owner said the ignition switch was replaced but still didn't fix it. It will start and run with the key on and jumping it at the tdr. I replaced the tdr relay and ignition switch, and jumped the neutral safety switch (M6)with no luck. All I get is a click by the passenger side foot area. Searching online it seems mostly everyone's issue is the ignition switch. Any other ideas?

Welcome to the Forms. I hate gremlins too. If you have exhausted all your options by doing all the obvious, an open contact somewhere. You can do the bypass idea and run a new wire from the ignition switch or the safety switch if there is power there to the starter if the open connection cannot be found. Sometimes that's what you do when you can't locate the open contact. Or keep tracing the existing circuit. Good luck, That's what I would do if I had that issue.
