My 2000 C5 The ABS and Traction control light comes on when I start the car . But if i turn the ignition right off and restart it they don"t come back on . Nor do they come on when I'm driving. I ran my codes and the only one that pops is C1243 which is BPMV Pump motor stalled but it shows it as a history code not current. Do any of you old heads have any ideas on this? Thanks Hardluck

 

That does sound like an EBCM. If you can verify this is so, here's some info that'll interest you:
