Anyone have a write up on how to remove the transmission in my 1998 C5? When I back out of my driveway and the car tilts toward the back end, I leave a arch of tranny fluid in the street. Transmission shop told me I need a seal kit. They want 2500 to do the seals, which did include a rebuild. Thanks for any info. kruser

 

I you want to try it yourself buy the entire three volume service manual (Ecklers, etc.). And good luck, it can be quite a job without a full shop around you, and a lift.
