Greetings,

2008 Silver Coupe...1400 miles...car sat for about two weeks while on vacation. Come home, pull out of garage and drive about a half mile...ABS Light and Brake Light will not go out. Information center rotates through the following messages...SERVICE SOON and SERVICE ABS and BRAKE SERVICE and 80 MPH MAX LIMIT. The steering felt very heavy, the selective ride control would not work...nor did the traction control button do anything when i push it. Drove the car to dinner and shut if off...an hour later...come out and it start it up...everything working fine. Drive 5 miles...the whole thing lights up again. Same messages. Stop for gas, shut down motor...start back up after fueling and all is fine for the five mile ride home.

I am off to the dealer...but...I was to head up to the C6 bash in Bowling Green Saturday and dealer wont touch it until Monday...any ideas.

Newbie...not sure how to get the codes. The messages were in text in the Driver Info Center...how do i get the codes?
