An icon popped up that seemed to indicate the car is locked up. Was a car and padlock icon. Now what? Help

 

Auto or stick?

 

As is typical, I hadn’t read the manual but the answer is actually in there! It’s an automatic. Answer is to turn on acc. With foot on the brake, it will allow you to shift it into neutral. Then push start and all is good. Not sure how I locked it up in the first place?? Anyway, thanks for following up with me.
