Default Corvettes in MA

Hi everyone,

I currently have a 2004 Corvette and its lease is going to expire in February 2007. I am planning to possibly move to Boston, Massachusetts. I would really like to slip into another new lease when this one expires, however I don't know if that is feasible in MA. Anyone here from/in Massachusetts who could give me some heads up? Should I forget it and go the way of a BMW? I'm currently in Florida, so I have no idea if it's even possible to drive a car like this in the snow.

That is sad. I live in Toronto and must say that the weather has been awesome. I will buy a "beater" eventually but never give up the C6.

im originally from NJ. though i never drove up there(too youn) i do remember some cars(not as low as the vette) getting stuck in the snow sometimes. your best bet is get a truck or a regular car that will have some good ground clearance. another thing i do know, which they dont do down here in florida is that you might want to power coat the bottom of the car. i know the city disperses salt up there when it snows to melt all the snow/ice that can ruin the bottom of any car. so as a protective measure you should do that if your going to drive in the snow. also do they sell snow tires for a vette? good luck man, remember, you can always get a second car and only drive the vette when weather permits...

I live in Massachusetts about an hour west of Boston. You DO NOT want a vette here in the winter. Athough it's been mild this season so far, when it snows, it snows. I use an AWD Explorer and give many rides to those who can't master the snow. Also, if the snow and ice don't get you the pot holes will. People have been known to drop in them never to appear again. Leave the room in the pot holes for the RICERS. My advise get a beater for the winter...
