Do I really need an air dam?
Had my C6 lowered and now the front air dam is always scraping on speed bumps.
Is it ok to remove this? What is the purpose of this anyway? Does anyone know?

dont know if its okay to remove it ,i wouldnt. it directs air to radiator and helps keep the nose down at VERY high speeds. why did ya lower the car ?
