Default Fuel pressue / Hard to start

My stock LS2 is hard to start when it gets cold outside. All summer the car is fine but when cold weather moves in it is as if there is no pressure in the fuel rails and the cars takes extra cranks to start. The battery is good, put in a brand new Fuel Pump relay and it made no difference. So I am not sure what to do from here. If the car sits for more than 30 - 40 minutes I have this issue. If i turn the car off for a minute and start it, it fires up like normal so thats another reason I think pressure is maybe leaking off the rails, but this is ONLY an issue with cold weather.

Welcome to the forum.

Check the fuel pressure and see if it holds when you shut it off.

Can probably move both of those out of the picture since it's fuel injected.
