Default Question regarding 08 C6

How will the 2008 C6 do against a 2006+ M6?

I am strongly considering picking up a 08 C6 (fully loaded, Z51 packge) it will be my first American car coming from an M3. I will be test driving it tomorrow

My friend has an M6 and i was just wondering how i would do against him?

As far as speed I bet it would be pretty close between stock c6 vette and an m6, now c6 z06 vs m6 I would take the z for speed. Comfort on the other hand goes to the m6 all the way. Question, why wouldn't you get a c6 z06 if your looking at m6s? Aren't m6s like $100k?

What a coincidence, I drive a base 2008 LS3 and I raced a M6 last night. Both cars stock and both of us had a passenger. Beat the thing from 1st gear. Beat it from a 2nd gear. Also beat it from a 3rd gear roll. The last run was from 60-150. I was infront by 1 car length until a car got infront of me. I didnt beat it by much, but i can tell u that car isnt faster than a base LS3, nontheless a Z51 package.
