can anyone tell me if the reverse switch or ? on a 6 speed 2005 C6 can be disconnected so when parking you dont have to leave it in R

 

Welcome to the forum. Since everything today is on the CAN bus, I doubt that you could successfully defeat that switch. On my 73, it is actually mechanically interlocked with the ignition and you cannot remove the key without it being in reverse.
