This morning I start the vette and it didn't start smoothly as it normally does. I got an engine light. I ran the scanner and found a P0302 code. I inspected the wire as I started to troubleshoot and I found a broken wire. Not a sparkplug wire. It looks like it goes under the air intake. It is a wire in the front of the engine that I don't know what it does. Can someone tell me what this wire

Can you tell where the other end of the wire goes?

While the code indicates the following, I'm thinking maybe the knock sensor. Just a guess.

P0302 Possible Causes

Faulty spark plug 2

• Clogged or faulty fuel injector 2
• Faulty ignition coil 2
• Fuel injector 2 harness is open or shorted
• Fuel injector 2 circuit poor electrical connection
• Ignition coil 2 harness is open or shorted
• Ignition coil 2 circuit poor electrical connection
• Insufficient cylinder 2 compression
• Incorrect fuel pressure
• Intake air leak
