There is no one answer as "best all around" depends on too many factors that will vary from one person to another. Frankly, the stock factory cam probably fits that issue when you average those factors over the vast majority of owners.
I'd advise calling a good company like Crower or Crane and talking to one of their experts about you car, any mods you have, what is important to you and the conditions that you drive in, and then buying what they recommend.
